Ordering Guidelines
1. Please accurately provide your real name, delivery address, and valid contact information when placing an order, so we can arrange delivery in a timely manner.
2. If you fill in the wrong address, please contact customer service immediately. We will try our best to contact the courier to update information if possible. Requests for address modification made after the package has been sent cannot guarantee successful changes, and any risks and costs arising from address modifications will be taken by customers.

Shipping Time
1. Unless there are special circumstances, we will confirm the inventory and complete the shipment of the goods within 2 business days after receiving the order.
2. In order to better ensure the timeliness of delivery, some orders may be split into multiple packages for delivery.
3. Delivery Range and Timelines
United States: 5-10 days, remote areas (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska, Guam) may experience extended delivery times beyond 14 days.
Canada\Australia\New Zealand: 5-10 days.
Singapore: 5-7 days.
Malaysia: 5-7 days.
Taiwan: 5-7 days.
Hong Kong / Macau: 3-5 days.
4. Generally, international express will take 7-15 days to deliver the package to your area. In very few cases, the actual delivery time may be delayed due to customs inspections, flight cancellations, extreme weather conditions, and other reasons.

Logistics Tracking
1. After the package is sent out, we will notify you by email. You can click on the link in the email to access the courier's official website and track the delivery progress of the package.
2. You can also actively track the progress of the package's delivery through the order details page and the express tracking page.
Package Receipt
1. To protect your rights and interests, we recommend that you check whether you have received all items when you receive the package. If you find any missing or damaged items after unpacking, please contact customer service as soon as possible so that we could quickly resolve the issue for you.
2. If the order status shows "delivered", but you have not received the goods, please contact customer service within 30 days. Please get a package loss proof from your local Express office, and it's your choice to get another package or full reimbursement.
